Interchange

In 2003 we first launched ‘Interchange’, our company-wide staff exchange programme, which gave twelve employees the opportunity to spend one month working overseas in a Hogg Robinson Group location of their choice. Following on from the phenomenal success of the first Interchange programme, the scheme was continued and evolved in 2005 and 2006 to become even more exciting and rewarding with more opportunities in a wider range of countries.

Now in it’s 4th year, Interchange 2007 is bigger and better than ever before! For the very first time we are expanding the programme to include some of our partner operations. This year we are delighted to be able to offer our employees a choice of 30 job roles across 19 countries on 5 different continents.

The range of this year’s vacancies means that there really is an option for everyone. From Training Officers in Shanghai, to Business Technology Analysts in Vancouver, to Travel Consultants in London, to Human Resources Administrators in Melbourne… Interchange offers the opportunity of a lifetime!

The scheme is designed to be a platform for career development giving people the opportunity to grow personally and professionally whilst enabling them to experience the different cultures, industry nuances, and service issues that pertain to working in a different country, during their one month placement.
