Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the international corporate services company, today announced that it has won Credit Suisse’s multinational travel management account across its three major markets: US, UK and Switzerland. The three year contract, worth over $200 million, represents approximately 80% of Credit Suisse’s corporate travel business.
HRG has a proven track record with Credit Suisse, having successfully serviced their travel management business in Switzerland for four years. The competitive pitch for the business saw HRG retain the existing business in Switzerland and secure additional business from the incumbent vendor in the UK and USA.
David Radcliffe, CEO of Hogg Robinson Group said: “We are thrilled to have been selected to manage Credit Suisse’s multinational account. This win is in-line with our strategic focus of delivering value solutions to our managed clients via our global network. Congratulations to the HRG team who worked so hard to secure the account, and to the Credit Suisse team for whom we all have the highest respect. They conducted the bid process honourably and professionally and it was indeed a great pleasure to work with them.”
Tom Gleason, CEO, HRG North America will be Global Senior Executive Sponsor on the account, supported by Jill Kellow, Global General Manager, based in New York. Amanda Hanlin, who led the bid process, will be the European Senior Executive Sponsor for the account, providing consistency and continuity with the client.
HRG has a very strong portfolio of multinational clients in the banking and financial sectors which, in addition to Credit-Suisse, also includes Barclays, Merrill Lynch and HSBC.
