Corporate services company HRG France has launched a web-based electronic invoicing solution - HRG e-invoicing - increasing the efficiency of the billing process for its clients and helping the environment by avoiding the need to issue paper invoices.

HRG e-invoicing is designed as an ASP (application service provider) solution, meaning that all invoice data is accessed via a secure internet connection and is available globally, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without the need to install specialist software. Invoices and statements are available to view on a real-time basis, ensuring immediate access to up to the minute client billing data. The solution complies with all EU directives on the use of an electronic invoice as a legal document.
