HRG UK is today able to confirm that it has won the contract to service the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Foreign & Commonwealth office (FCO)’s travel management account.  HRG will be providing a full ‘one-stop shop’ business travel service including air, rail, hotel and conference bookings.

The MOD and FCO combined have one of the largest single travel management accounts in the UK, and possibly in Europe.  The contract, which will run for three years with an option to extend for a further year, will commence at the end of 2007 with a phased implementation period to ensure a smooth handover. HRG will service the account from a small number of specialist centres across the country, providing a range of solutions including online self-booking tools.
