Corporate services company HRG North America has announced that it has signed an agreement with Registered Traveler (RT) services provider FLO Corporation to provide HRG North America customers with
next-generation RT services. This most recent development is in line with HRG’s commitment to providing its clients with a comprehensive range of value added services designed to meet their needs.
The FLO (fast lane option) solution helps frequent business travelers to pass through airport security
quickly and easily. In addition to expedited security lane services, it offers corporate travelers a range of benefits and value added services at all stages of the door-to-door process. A remote airport baggage check-in (currently being tested in Boston) is one exciting example of what is now widely referred to as RT 2.0.
Tom Gleason, Regional President North America, HRG, stated, “We are proud to be the first organization in our industry that is able to offer our clients an advanced
version of Registered Traveler services. We know that the time it takes for corporate travelers to pass through the airport and board their flight continues to be a real frustration and are delighted that we are now able to
offer a solution that minimizes inconvenience.”
For business travelers, RT provides a predictable security experience with respect to the amount of time
it takes to be processed through airport security - usually just a couple of minutes through an RT lane. For a frequent business traveler, this could mean an extra hour of sleep while on the road or further time in the office – all with the added security of knowing exactly what to expect upon arrival at the airport.
“We are pleased to partner with a company with the history and expertise of HRG. Their excellent management team, global reach and growing North American presence makes them an ideal strategic distribution partner,” said Fred Fischer, Senior Vice President, Strategic Sales, FLO Corporation. “HRG customers will value RT 2.0 benefits at the checkpoint in addition to other services such as preferred airport parking and concession discounts.”
In addition to offering this industry-leading service
to help its clients avoid delays as a result of security issues, HRG also offers its clients access to:
- A 24 hour Traveler Assist service manned by
highly capable and experienced consultants
- Highly effective technology
and traveler tracking systems, which provide instant access to comprehensive traveller data
- The experience and flexibility to swiftly assess any situation and reallocate/draft in additional
resources as necessary
- An extensive worldwide support mechanism, using
the expertise of the Company’s international colleagues, in almost 100 countries
- Exceptional staff who are committed to
delivering service excellence, even in the most difficult of circumstances
- Relationships with the world’s major airlines which
helps us obtain up-to-the-minute information, as well as helping ensure our travellers take precedence wherever and
whenever possible.
The new RT services will be available to US clients immediately, with plans to extend the offering
to Canada in the near future. HRG corporate clients will be eligible for RT membership discounts. For further
