Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company, held its Annual General Meeting today at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in London.

During the meeting David Radcliffe, Chief Executive of HRG, made the following statement on the Company's current operations: "We issued our first Interim Management Statement on 1 August. Since then, our restructuring programme has made good progress, Spendvision's contribution is increasing and we continue to be successful in our new client signings."

All of the ten Resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting sent to shareholders on 20 July 2007 were approved. The following is a summary of the proxy votes that were received by the Company's registrars:
