International corporate services organisation Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) next week takes centre stage at the ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) Global Education Conference in Munich with three senior HRG executives sharing their views and expertise on pertinent industry issues. HRG will also showcase an extensive range of products and services including: the newly upgraded HRG i-SuiteTM, HRG Expense ManagementTM (including HRG ExpediteTM) and the latest range of features available through HRG’s CO2 Calculator.

Speaking during the three-day conference:

  • Kevin Ruffles, HRG’s President AsPac & Europe, will discuss how Europe and Asia Pacific regions may learn from each other and share best practice for future development
  • Global Industry Affairs Director Mike Platt will co-present a session looking at IATA’s pivotal role in global aviation competition and pricing and examine the implications of the organisation’s latest initiatives and developments
  • The emerging economic powerhouse of Russia is the focus of a panel discussion including Angelica Starostina, Operations & Key Account Manager for HRG Russia.

Participating in ACTE’s popular 'Solutions Showcase', HRG will also be demonstrating a comprehensive range of technology-based solutions, many of which feature new and improved capabilities unveiled for the first time at the global conference.

HRG i-Suite

HRG’s web-based portal solution acts as an online personalised electronic travel assistant and is available in a number of languages including English and German. Delivering a wide range of services from travel booking and trip information to customised reports and expense management, it can be tailored to meet corporates’ exact requirements, providing a seamless environment for both travellers and travel managers.

HRG Expense Management

Operating in a secure environment, HRG Expense Management has the capability to manage low value, high volume expenses simply and easily in an online environment. Designed as a one-stop-shop for employee controlled expenditure, it efficiently tracks travel and purchases from a variety of sources including cash expenditure, corporate credit cards, travel and entertainment cards, mobile and office phones, fuel and car payments and travel data. It can be delivered as a stand alone technology or as part of a complete end to end travel booking and expense management solution delivered through HRG i-Suite.

HRG will also be showcasing its newly-launched web-based tool, HRG Expedite. The product has been developed in response to client feedback, identifying the need for a solution specifically for managing cash expenses and offering organisations their first simple step into travel & expense (T&E) automation. It offers a quick return on investment and a robust platform for potential expansion into the full HRG Expense Management solution, which in addition to dealing with cash expenses can also provide pre-approvals, credit card integration and receipt imaging.

CO2 Calculator

With the environmental impact of carbon emissions firmly on the political and public agendas worldwide, HRG’s emissions calculation tool has been significantly improved and is available for the first time in German-language format. It also now offers the ability to compare - in both graphical and numerical report format - the environmental impact of a business trip made by air, rail or car (both petrol and diesel) to decide whether a 'greener' travel option might be available or more suitable. In addition, the solution offers an indicative value of the cost of 'offsetting' the carbon emissions created in multi-currency format.

HRG representatives will be demonstrating the comprehensive range of solutions at the HRG stand (stand number 106 and 108) and will also provide information on the full range of HRG’s products and services including: Corporate Travel Management, Consulting, Expense Management, Events & Meetings Management and Sports.
